Ballast & Capel Jobs recruit on the behalf of our clients. The role will be listed under our company name and we will manage the application process on the client’s behalf. Our roles are with a variety of clients and we will discuss details of the role with you before we send your application to the client.

Companies can also advertise on our site directly and the role will be in their company name, with their company’s contact details.

2) Does it cost to sign up or to find a position through Ballast & Capel Jobs?

No, the service Ballast & Capel Jobs provides to candidates is completely free of charge.

3) What happens after I apply?

If you have applied for a role that Ballast & Capel are managing then we will review your application and get back to you with feedback once the role has closed. If your experience matches the requirements for the role we will invite you in for an initial interview. During this interview we will ask you about your work experience and tell you more about the role and client. We will then manage the application process for you with the client and provide any further feedback and support once the client has reviewed your details.

4) What happens with my information once I register?
