Former Senior Management appointments with top Fortune 500 companies including, Western Union Money Transfer, FedEx Express (BVI/USVI), as well as managing and consulting roles with DHL Worldwide Express and Western Union Money Transfer. Mark has specific certification in Leadership with the Covey Institute. In addition he has a proven track record in Human Resources, Diversity, Media, Marketing and Employee Relations. Most recently Mark has been leading work groups to achieve and exceed internationally recognized ISO standards in the Transportation, Banking services and Property sectors.

Elsi Industrius works for Ballast and Capel Business Consulting as our Office Manager and Recruiting specialist. Elsi brings to the table certification and current membership with the Society for Human Resource Management along with several years in corporate administration. In addition, she is also undertaken her Bachelor's of Management majoring in HRM. Elsi is also a current member and Secretary 2016/2017 of The Tortola Toastmasters Club as she heads towards the path of mastering her public speaking. With Customer Service skills “par excellence”, she combines her business acumen to ensure you as a customer of B&C receive timely feedback with the results you require for your business needs - namely qualified candidates, along with the results expected in a detailed and fast paced environment of Human Capital Management strategies. Meet our Senior Human Resources Consultant/Trainer, Mrs. Nadia James-Harris. Nadia has 15 years’ experience as a public relations practitioner. In her new role at B&C, she will be using her expertise to help provide specialised support with strategic human resources planning/consulting, and to deliver a diverse range of customised training programmes for our clientele.
Nadia has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications (Cum Laude) from Seton Hall University; a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester; and an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies. She is an Accredited Practitioner with the UK-Based Chartered Institute in Public Relations (CIPR), and she is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
